DAY 13 of the Breakup calendar
Happy Memorial Day everyone....
I hope you all enjoyed the trips to the beaches, Spring Fest in Miami, bike week in Myrtle Beach and Ocean City MD. And everywhere else you may have ventured out to; Wine Festivals, camping, hiking etc.
Now today I want you all to take a minute grab a pen and paper and sit down and Write a Letter to Your Best Friend. Tell them all that's going on even if you guys talk everyday!

Today is the day you embrace either your Girlie Girl Side/or that Manly Side of one self.
For you ladies out there put on the pretty bright color Pink, Yellow, Light Blue, let your hair down.. make sure your nails and toes have been mani and pedi. It is Summer time ladies and you know we love to show our toes.
For you fellas get to the barbershop , get the ride detailed, you know how yall carry it!!!

So today when you get off work or finish running errands this is your mission. Call your friends meet at your local bar or go to a restaurant grab a drink and some food and let your friends tell you that Everything Will Be okay........
get to making these plans and please Drink Responsibly. Oh and No making Drunk Phone calls or sending Drunk Text Messeages so rule is turn your phones over to your friends.....

Okay so how were those conversations? So as some of your friends solicited advice to you yesterday these are what we must do with their words.
Today is the day to Collect your friends advice and kind words in a "Breakup Bible."
Get a notebook, journal pad, use your computer. Take there words and log them be creative when creating this. Some of the things they share with us maybe food for thought for future endevours.

I'm hoping we were all successful in removing the pictures.. Like I said baby steps. Now today Tell Your Friends.
I know ...I know....but trust me once you release this to them you"ll be able to breathe a little easier. And if they are your true friends there will be no judegement, and may ask something like, " Are you sure, and is your decision based on emotion at the time?"
So make that phone call or go grab lunch and have the conversation. And if all you wish to say is," It's over between you and he/her," and nothing more than that should be enough.

Okay so our first step is to change your cell phone wall paper so it has nothing to do with your ex. I'll take this a step further delete all pictures from you desk top, notebooks, and all pictures from mobile devices. Now for those of us who have child/children with this person it may be a little difficult. We understand.

The Eve of my now cancelled Wedding Day...
Okay so here's my story. I got engaged to a great guy one year ago. On May 16th 2011 we were to share vows, a private ceremony, celebrate my birthday, and then begin to live Happily Ever After. Well that will not be happening. Wait, no he didn't cheat nor did I but it seems only one of us in that relationship were willing to make multiple changes. So 3 weeks before we were to say "I DO" I called it all OFF.
